Complete checking and maintenance one times in every month with report.
Cleaning garbage chute by sanitizing unit one times in every month.

Semi-Annual Trash Chute Cleaning & Chute Maintenance

Annual inspection of chute system, with detailed written report of ﬁndings, including potential Fire Code violations
Twice Yearly Cleaning and Deodorizing of Trash Chute Line(s)
Power Wash the inside of Trash Chute with super-heated water combined with a citra-based solution/degreaser
Clean Trash Chute Doors by hand on the inside, collected “sludge” is scraped away to allow proper closure of the door. The exterior of the trash chute doors are hand-polished with stainless steel cleaner.
The Dumpster/Compactor Room(s) are power washed and deodorized, and Dumpsters and Compactors are treated with a time-release odor counteractant Chute is treated for deterrence of rodents, roaches and other pests
